BMW iX xDrive50: Range, Battery, Performance As the name suggests, the iX xDrive50 boasts a larger 111.5kWh battery pack, providing a WLTP-certified range of 635 kilometers. In contrast, the iX xDrive40 features a 76.6kWh battery pack with a range of 425 kilometers. It comes with a dual electric motor (one on each axle) along with an all-wheel-drive system. This setup generates a combined output of 523hp and 765Nm of torque, enabling this all-electric SUV to reach 100kph in just 4.6 seconds.

at its battery can be charged up to 80 percent in approximately 35 minutes with a 195kW DC charger, while it takes 97 minutes to charge with a 50kW DC charger, around 5.5 hours with a 22kW AC charger, and approximately 11 hours with an 11kW AC charger.
BMW iX xDrive50: Interior and Exterior The iX xDrive50 and xDrive40 look almost identical and come with nearly the same features and safety kit. The iX xDrive50 comes with new 22-inch alloy wheels and as standard, adaptive suspension. Additionally, features like 'Laserlight' headlights, titanium bronze exterior finish, and active seat ventilation are available as additional options.
Price and Competition The BMW iX xDrive50 comes with a standard 2-year/unlimited kilometer warranty and 5-year roadside assistance. Additionally, the battery comes with a standard warranty of 8 years/1.6 lakh kilometers. With the introduction of the new xDrive50 variant, BMW's flagship electric SUV is now priced lower than its competitors such as the Mercedes EQC SUV (priced at 1.39 crore rupees), Jaguar I-Pace (1.26 crore rupees), and Audi Q8 e-tron (ranging from 1.14 crore rupees to 1.27 crore rupees). It is the most expensive among them.
